   Set up and launch

   We import your roster from your PowerSchool export or CSV, provision counselors and students, configure sprints and session guides around your calendar, and stay with you through launch and the first weeks.

What your school gets

• A counselor dashboard that answers three questions every morning: who needs support, what they are working on, and where to step in.
• A student portal for readiness, the story coach, essay feedback, scholarship matching, FAFSA steps, and a college list, all built from the student’s own work.
• Roster import from PowerSchool or CSV, counselor assignment, and school-level configuration, from one caseload to a whole network.
• Student data protection built in: names and identifying details are removed before anything reaches an AI model, and every AI output stays reviewable by the counselor.

The goal is not to replace counselors. It is to give one counselor the leverage to move 300 students with a single clear motion.
