We frame it as a founding pilot partnership: your school gets the full platform, our team gets feedback from real counselors and students working through real readiness work. Results from the pilot directly shape the product. We are looking for schools who want a voice in what gets built next.

What student data does Project Bridge collect and who can see it?

Students enter their academic profile, activities, story content, scholarship watchlist, and FAFSA progress. Each school's data stays scoped to that school: counselors see only their assigned caseload, school admins see only their school. There is no cross-school data sharing. We do not sell student data and do not use it for advertising. Detailed privacy practices are documented in our terms of service.

Is this replacing what counselors already do?

No. The platform takes on the parts of readiness work that scale poorly with caseload size: organizing student materials, surfacing gaps across a cohort, tracking who is on-track and who is stuck, sending reminders. The parts that need a human stay with the counselor. Coaching through hard moments. Catching what the data misses. Writing the recommendation letter. Knowing which student needs an extra push and which one needs to be left alone this week. We exist to make a counselor's existing job possible at scale, not to replace it.
